We  accept payments by bank transfer or Post Office transfer in Euro with any fees/currency exchange payable by you. If you wish to pay by credit card our managers Smartavillas.com will take your booking and will charge a 2% booking fee. A receipt for the deposit will be issued and then an Alojamento receipt for the total  amount will be issued when the balance is paid 6 weeks before arrival.

 The above prices for weekly stays include bed linen, towels,   beach towels, all utilities including air conditioning/ heating, unlimited wifi and end of stay cleaning.(excluding short stays) A brief clean and change of linen/towels  are included on a 2 week stay. There is no cost for the extra bed if needed. Our management company charges 5 euro/day for rental of a cot and highchair.  

Long term winter rates of 850 euro/month apply to rentals of 4 weeks minimum and includes unlimited wifi and end of stay cleaning in Nov-March. Utilities are paid at the end of your stay when our manager reads the relevant meters. To give you and idea of utility costs last season a rental from Dec 23rd-Jan 24th 2021 incurred a bill of 180 euro. The cost really depends on how cold the weather and how much you have the heat on as it is the electric heating is the biggest expense, gas and water bills are usually smaller. Cleaning and laundry can be arranged with our manager or there is a hoover,  mop and brush and washer drier in the apartment-and we can supply 2 sets of linen/towels if you wish to do it yourself.

Changeover day: Flexible. We also try to accommodate early arrivals and late departures depending on other bookings-we can advise on this closer to your holiday.

Deposits: A non refundable 25% deposit is payable at  time of booking and the balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable €200 damage deposit is payable to our manager  on arrival and will be refunded before you leave with deductions made for any breakages. If you wish this can be paid in Sterling 170 pounds. For renters vacating the apartment too early for our management company to check them out and give back the deposit-we reserve the right to transfer the deposit back to you to a bank account nominated by you when the property has been examined.However they will usually visit you the evening before your early departure to refund your damage deposit.

Fully Licensed: our apartment is fully licensed by the Camara  Municipal de Tavira which means it has been inspected and fully complies with their safety regulations relating to fire,gas,water,electricity,first aid  etc. We have installed smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm for your safety and fire extinguishers are checked and changed by our management company as needed. 

Additional: If you require additional items such as a cot or high chair they can be supplied by our management company-they charge €5/per day for a cot and high chair. We do not supply bed linen for the cot so please bring your own.They can also arrange transfers to and from the airport and a grocery pack on your arrival(see below).They will contact you before your arrival to offer these services.

A babysitter is also available for €12.50 per hour from the management company.    20% extra is charged after midnight.

 Internet Access/ Wi-fi

 There is free unlimited wifi supplied by MEO which also supplies cable TV and we have Netflix installed on this.
