Special rates above are applicable for bookings made now and until the end of September for periods of 7 nights or more.*Long term winter rates apply to rentals of 4 weeks minimum and include utilities but not cleaning and laundry which can be arranged at an extra cost.(There is a hoover,mop and brush and washer drier in the apartment)

Changeover day: Flexible

Deposits: A non refundable 30% deposit is payable at  time of booking and the balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable €200 damage deposit is payable to our agent on arrival and will be refunded before you leave with deductions made for any breakages.

Fully Licensed: our apartment is fully licensed by the Camara  Municipal de Tavira which means it has been inspected and fully complies with their safety regulations relating to fire,gas,water,electricity,first aid  etc. 

Additional: If you require additional items such as a cot or high chair they can be supplied at an extra charge from the management company.

A babysitter is also available for €12.50 per hour from the management company.    20% extra is charged after midnight.
